Greier is the Master!

Archie Greier won the third JBSA Masters Snooker Championship in a thrilling match against Aidie Tredant, winning the decider 3-2 at the Jersey Mechanics last Thursday

Archie, who was  playing off scratch and giving Aidie a 28 start won the first frame by 79-45, aided by a nice 30 break.

Aidie then started to hit form and won the next 2 frames by 82-43 and 94-51 respectively.

The fourth frame was a tighter encounter before Archie levelled the match 2-2 by winning the frame 72-43.

In the decider, Archie dictated the frame and took his chances well, running out the frame winner by 100-38 and to win the match 3-2.

Once again thank you to Howard Smith for reffing and also doing his Vice President role by presenting Archie with the trophy.

Also many thanks to Aaron Canavan and the Jersey Mechanics for prepping the table and hosting.
