Archie wins the Byfleet Handicap

Archie Greier, at 10 years old, won his first major Jersey trophy on Sunday when he beat maiden finalist Nathan Silvester in the Byfleet Snooker Championship.

 

Played at the First Tower Institute and refereed by Howard Smith, with both players playing off a 21 handicap, Archie came out victorious by 2 frames to 1 in a closely fought tie.

 

Well done to both players on getting to the their first finals in one of the JBSA’s major events!!!
