Tickets are now on sale for the Jimmy White Exhibition at the Radisson Hotel on 23rd May 2024. They are priced at £80 and will include a 3 course meal followed by Jimmy playing several members of the JBSA in an exhibition.
The event is being held to celebrate the Jersey and Billiards Association 100th year.

Tickets will be only issued when I have received full names of attendees, meal choice and confirmation of payment. Payments can be made to the JBSA account or if easier i am happy to receive revolut payments on behalf of the JBSA to 07797722408. If you send payments directly to the JBSA Bank account, you will be required to send me a confirmation of payment so we know this has been paid as we do not have online banking facilities and only receive occasional statements. Account details will be provided to you separately.
The choice of menu is as follows and i need to receive all menu choices no later than Wednesday 8th May:
Starter: Hot Smoked Scottish Salmon, Green Apple Gel, Salmon Rillette, Horseradish Panna Cotta or Smoked Duck Breast, Asian Vegetables, Orange, Honey and Sweet Chilli Dressing
Main: Lemon and Thyme Scented Cornfed Chicken, Fondant Potato, Wild Mushroom, Pancetta and Leek, Broccoli Floret, Red Wine Jus or Seared Fillet of Cod, Olive Oil Mashed Potato, Wild Mushroom, Pancetta and Broccoli, Red Wine Fish Fumet
Dessert: Dark Chocolate Tart, Passion Fruit Sorbet, Caramel Wafer, Chocolate Soil or Iced Raspberry Parfait, Fresh Raspberry Coulis, Mint Syrup and Tuille Biscuit
We will also be giving them the option of of a vegetarian dish as follows:
Starter: Mozzarella, Cherry Tomato, Pesto and Balsamic Reduction, Micro Herb Salad
Main: Wild Mushroom and Tarragon Risotto, Truffle Rocket and Parmesan
Dessert: Lemon Sorbet
